  • You’ll receive an email from Hire Right to complete your background check.
  • Your appointment letter will be emailed to you, and the signed letter should be returned to the Human Resources Department.

Human Resources Appointment  

  • All new hired must attend a short in-person meeting in HR on their first day to complete their form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification. Your supervisor will let you know when the appointment has been scheduled.
  • Please bring your original documents needed for the Form I-9 and W-4.
  • Parking Permits – Employees are required to obtain a parking permits for up to two vehicles that will be parked in college parking lots.

College ID

  • Please visit the Metz Office located in the lower level of Hamilton to obtain your ID card.
  • Your card will grant access to building, allow access to printers, store meal packages and Munch Money and allow access to college sponsored events.

Required Training

All employees must complete training pertaining to the prevention of sexual harassment, Civil Rights and Title IX information and prevention, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace, workplace harassment prevention and active shooter training. The HR office will reach out with your credentials.
