Wedding Packages

Say ‘I Do’ to Your Dream Venue!

Ceremony

Ceremony

  • Thomas Andison Chapel – $1,800; up to 175 guests
  • Wright Leppien Opera House – $1,600; up to 150 guests

 

Ceremonies Include:

  • Two-hour wedding rehearsal the evening before.
  • Four hours of A/V tech: music/microphone – two hours at rehearsal and two hours at ceremony.
  • Ceremony seating included in most venues.
  • A full day reservation in the venue the day of the wedding. Event must be completed and cleaned up by 10 p.m.
  • Hospitality staff member present.

Receptions

Receptions

  • Wright Leppien Opera House – $1,800; up to 100 guests
  • Tyler Van-Dusen Commons – $1,200; up to 160 guests

 

Receptions Include:

  • Full day reception on the day of, including set-up/clean-up. Event must be completed no later than midnight.
    • Evening before set-up may be available. Additional fees apply.
  • Tables and chairs are included in most venues.

Additional Locations – designed with versatility in mind, we utilize less traditional settings

Price and guest count dependent on location

Pricing valid through June 30, 2026. After July 1, 2026 wedding dates, prices will increase 10% each fiscal year. Events during scheduled breaks may incur an extra fee.

  • Ceremony in Chapel and reception in TVD Commons
  • $2,800
  • up to 160 guests

Highland Package

Highland Package

  • Ceremony in Chapel and reception under tent on Chapel Lawn (package does not include furniture)
  • $3,800 – $4,500
  • Up to 150 guests (seasonal option only)

All packages include:

  • Two-hour wedding rehearsal and reception set-up evening before. (Evening before set-up may be available. Additional fees apply.)
  • Hospitality staff member present.
  • Four hours of basic A/V support, including music/microphone setup – two hours at rehearsal and two hours at ceremony.

Package add-ons:

  • Additional A/V hours: $50/hr
  • Officiant (dependent on availability): $550, includes two hours rehearsal and two hours of the ceremony.
  • Pianist (dependent on availability): $350, includes prelude/processional and recessional.
  • Table linens available if not using Alma College’s on-campus caterer.
  • Overnight accommodations – Airbnb-style lodging with special discounts for bridal parties, families, and guests.
