Photography and Videography Credential Request Form

Individuals who wish to take photos or videos during events—when a photographer or videographer is not being provided by the Alma College Communication and Marketing Office—must submit a credential request

Thank you for your interest in capturing moments at our event. To maintain a consistent and professional media presence, we require all non-staff photographers to complete this request form. Please read all guidelines before submitting.

Submitting this form does not guarantee approval
If a Marketing Department photographer is already assigned to this event, your request will not be approved.
Approved photographers will receive a credential lanyard upon check-in. This must be worn at all times while photographing.
Unapproved photography is not permitted.
