• The Meyer Room in the Smith Alumni House and the CJ & Caroline Suite in the Class of 1980/Altman House are located on the first floor but are not ADA-designated accommodations. Please contact us if you have questions about accessibility or need assistance selecting the best accommodations for your stay.

• Yes. Complimentary parking is available for Alma College Hospitality guests. Parking locations and instructions vary by property and will be included in the arrival information sent approximately 72 hours before check-in.

• Pets are not permitted in Alma College Hospitality accommodations, with the exception of service animals. Guests traveling with a service animal are encouraged to contact us prior to arrival so we can provide any applicable information.

• TV offerings vary by accommodation. Some rooms include Smart TVs with access to popular streaming platforms, and guests may sign in using their personal accounts. Please remember to sign out of personal streaming accounts before departure.

• Gatherings or events are not permitted without prior approval. Please contact Alma College Hospitality before making plans involving guests who are not included in your overnight reservation.

• Alma College is a smoke-free campus, and smoking is not permitted inside or outside of the properties.
• Candles and other open flames are not permitted.
• Please be respectful of other guests and neighboring properties. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Items provided within the accommodations should remain at the property. Guests may be charged for missing items or for damage to furnishings, linens, or the property beyond normal use.
