Stephany Slaughter is a professor of World Languages and Culture. She is also an advisor to the Hispanic Coalition (HisCo), a Safe Zone Training Facilitator, an advocate for the College’s LGBTQ+ communities, a King-Chávez-Parks (KCP) mentor and a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board (DIAB). Her career at Alma began in 2008.
Educational Background:
Latin American (especially Mexican) film, theater and performance, especially focusing on gender studies, the Mexican Revolution and immigration.
