Biography
Ben Taylor undertook his PhD research in political science at Johns Hopkins University. Prior to that, he received an M.A. from Virginia Tech and a B.A. from The College of Wooster. He teaches courses in American politics, constitutional law and political economy.
My Expertise
His research broadly touches on the production of race in U.S. political life and its relationship to broader economic processes, as well as the constitution of political subjects.
Recent Work and Accomplishments
Presently, he is working on a book project grounded in his dissertation research, tentatively titled After Racialization: Neoliberalism and the Limits of Racial Justice.
