Ella Mondroski

The nursing program at Alma College has given me the resources to develop critical thinking, foster meaningful relationships, and receive hands-on opportunities through clinical experiences right here in Alma. Not only am I developing the skills necessary to become a nurse, but through the program I have learned the importance of empathy and advocacy which is critical to excellent patient care that goes beyond the skills that I have acquired here in Alma.
