Residence Hall Move-in/Closing Dates
| Wednesday, August 20, 2025 | First year/new resident move in — 8:00 a.m. – noon |

| Saturday, August 23, 2025 | Returning resident move in — 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. |
| Sunday, August 24, 2025 | Returning resident move in — 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. |
| Tuesday, November 25, 2025 | Housing closes for Thanksgiving break at 5:00 p.m. |
| Sunday, November 30, 2025 | Housing re-opens at noon |
| Friday, December 5, 2025 | Housing closes for winter recess at 5:00 p.m. |
| Sunday, January 4, 2026 | Housing re-opens for winter semester at noon |
| Friday, February 20, 2026 | Housing closes for winter break at 5:00 p.m. |
| Sunday, March 1, 2026 | Housing re-opens at noon |
| Friday, April 17, 2026 | Housing closes at 5:00 p.m. for residents not participating in commencement |
| Saturday, April 18, 2026 | Housing closes at 5:00 p.m. for all students |
| Saturday, April 25, 2026 | Housing re-opens at noon for Spring Term |
| Thursday, May 21, 2026 | Housing closes at 5:00 p.m. due to Highland Festival. No exceptions. |
*Students are expected to leave campus on these dates because residence halls are closed. You may leave your belongings in your room during breaks, but must move out all belongings at the end of the year.
