On the 250th anniversary of the USA, Professor Raul Rodriguez of MSU presents his thoughts on two of America’s founding documents, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. What did Americans mean by “the pursuit of happiness” in 1776? What does happiness have to do with the Constitution? How do Americans think about these concepts today? Professor Rodriguez will address these questions and more in a talk followed by a Q & A session with the audience. All are welcome!
