Apartment Room Vacancy Policy

When a vacancy occurs in any college owned apartment, the open spot must be filled within 48 hours of vacancy. If the remaining tenants in the apartment cannot find an individual to fill the spot who meets the minimum qualifications, the Student Life Office will fill the spot.
