Fitness Classes

Monday and Tuesday from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m.

Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. Our Zumba classes are led by Tincy Goggin. Come in and give it a shot! 


Gentle Yoga 

Tuesday from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m.

Gentle yoga combines breath with movement as a way to build mindfulness, a connection to the here and now. It starts with a centering activity and moves into a time of learning breath technique to help provide focus. Then the session moves into movement by transitioning from pose to pose. This practice will help build flexibility in the body and mind. Please bring your own mats! Our yoga class is led by Erin McCreedy. 

Slow Flow Yoga

Thursdays from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. 

What could be a better way to end your day than a relaxing slow flow yoga class? Here, we will begin with a brief meditation, transition into a variety of poses or asanas, combine those with a few static poses, and end with an extended Savasana. Perfect for beginners and advanced yogis looking to return to the roots of yoga.

Energizing Flow Yoga

Saturdays from 9 to 10 a.m.

Begin your weekend on the right foot by energizing your morning with a Vinyasa style yoga class! Here we will flow through a series of poses or asanas, including sun and moon salutations and move with the flow of your breath. Perfect for beginners or advanced yogis alike!

Water Aerobics

Water aerobics is a great way to workout while providing stability on your joints. Water aerobics is a resistance training done in shallow waist deep water. It is low impact while building strength…and a whole lot of fun!

A paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.
