Your vaccination status

Becoming vaccinated for COVID-19 is a personal choice. The more people in our campus community who are fully vaccinated for COVID-19, the more likely it is that we can continue to enjoy the freedoms allowed by fewer restrictions. While we are not mandating vaccination, we strongly encourage all members of our campus community to become fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the beginning of the fall term.

To provide updates on any vaccine policy changes and recommendations, we are asking students, staff and faculty to provide your current vaccine status and proof of vaccination, including any booster shot you have received. The form to provide this information is available online.
