$125.2 million campaign exceeds goal and surpasses modern college record
When completed, the renovated downtown Alma landmark will feature commercial retail space on the property’s ground level and apartments for approximately 40 Alma College students on the second and third floors.

The week’s events included a “thank-a-thon” for students to write notes of appreciation to donors, social media outreach, bows and tags on campus buildings funded by philanthropy, interactive student activities, and more.
The $4 million gift by James Hogan, the largest gift by an individual donor in Alma College history, will fund the Hogan Scholars Program for exceptional students.
