Get to Know Us

Alma College’s chemistry club is an on-campus club that meets weekly in the lobby of Dow Science Center on Tuesdays at 10 p.m. Our chemistry club and XEM honorary work together and meet together, which fosters a sense of unity between the casual chemist or first-year student and our upper-level chemistry community. Together we run chemistry shows for local elementary schools, home or away. We have two biannual major chemistry shows, which we call our “Science Blowouts!” With the help of the biology, physics and chemistry clubs and our Alma College natural sciences staff, we create an atmosphere that’s fun for everyone!
