Thank you for your interest in partnering with ACUB! We’re happy to provide technology rentals to the campus community. Simply look through our rental options and pricing.
All ACUB rental requests must be submitted via email to the ACUB Head of Staff Thomas Anglin firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that all rental requests must be approved a minimum of one week prior to the event.
Each rental request must include the following:
- Equipment / space requested
- Date of use
- Time of use
- Reason for use
- Organization in charge of the event
- Contact person
ACUB student employees must be present at all times while ACUB equipment is in use. An hourly Student Worker Fee of $8.90 will be included with all ACUB rentals.*
Invoicing and Billing
All invoicing and billing will been communicated via email.
All Student Lounge requests please email Megan Burns at Burns1mm@alma.edu. The Lounge can be reserved from 7pm-11pm every night.
All individuals/groups requesting to use the Student Lounge must also complete a Student Lounge Waiver.
