Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia

The object of this fraternity shall be the development of the best and truest fraternal spirit; the mutual welfare and brotherhood of musical students; the advancement of music in America and a loyalty to the Alma Mater.

Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia is a national social fraternity devoted to music and brotherhood.

We have members from many different musical groups on campus such as the Kiltie Marching Band, the Alma College Choir, Corral, the Alma College Pipe Band, Scots on the Rocks, Jazz Band and the Alma College Orchestra.

Our members’ majors range from Business, Religious Studies, Philosophy, Music, Education, Biology, Physics and many more.

We do philanthropy events in the forms of Mill’s Music Missions and Relay for Life fundraising. We also host an American Music Concert every year on campus to celebrate American music. Performers are not just brothers, but we invite all people on campus to join us.

The Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia house is located on Center Street diagonal from the President’s house.
