On October 9, 2019 Alma College leaders met in the downtown Opera House for a conversation about how we can strengthen Alma’s future - together.
Randy Thelen ’94, senior vice president of economic development for the Downtown Denver Partnership, facilitated our discussions as we sought to develop a shared vision for the future of Gratiot County, building upon our strengths and collaboratively addressing our challenges.
Randy Thelen ’94 is the senior vice president of economic development for the Downtown Denver Partnership, which aims to build an economically powerful city by attracting investment, business recruitment and retention, housing, retail, and public policy initiatives.
Randy has also served as senior vice president of economic development at the Greater Omaha Chamber; president of Lakeshore Advantage; managing direction at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation; and development specialist at the Monroe County Industrial Development Corporation.
