Mailing and Printing Center

Looking to mail a package, buy postage or make copies of a class project? Come see us—we’re here to help!

Open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Mailing and Printing Center offers a convenient campus-based location for all your mail and printing service needs.

Mailing Services

We sell postage stamps, by book or roll, as well as provide metered postage for single letters and packages. We also offer overnight and express services, including 2-Day Priority Mail, U.S. Express Mail, Federal Express and Airborne Express. We can process UPS packages, which are then sent from Facilities and Service Management.

Printing Services

We offer standard black-and-white and color printing services for a nominal fee, and our usual turnaround time is 24 hours. We can and have printed resumes, posters, invitations and spiral-bound books. Color copies are now available.

  • <div class="lw_blurbs_body"><p><strong>Q: Where do I pick up a package?</strong></p><p> A: You can pick up a package at the Mailing & Printing Center. When packages arrive, they are logged into the system and an email is automatically sent to the recipient.</p></div>
  • <div class="lw_blurbs_body"><p> Q: Can I make copies at the Mailing & Printing Center?</p><p> A: Printing services are available for a nominal fee. Resume printing, posters, invitations, spiral-bound books, and laminating are a few of the print services provided.</p></div>
  • <div class="lw_blurbs_body"><p><strong>Q: How do I get a student mailbox?</strong></p><p> A: Incoming freshmen and/or transfer students will receive mailbox assignments prior to starting the fall term. Upperclassmen should already have a mailbox assigned. If not, stop into the Mailing & Printing Center and a mailbox will be assigned to you.</p></div>
  • <div class="lw_blurbs_body"><p><strong>Q: Can I send packages and mail through the Mailing & Printing Center?</strong></p><p> A: Both mail and packages can be sent to and from the Mailing & Printing Center. Mail services we provide are USPS, UPS, FedEx and overnight/express services. Stamps and shipping supplies are also available for purchase.</p></div>
  • <div class="lw_blurbs_body"><p><strong>Q: What if I forget my mailbox number or combination?</strong></p><p> A: Mailbox numbers and combinations are located in your student portal. In the directory, you will see a line titled “Personal Directory Preferences and Mailbox Information.”</p></div>
  • <div class="lw_blurbs_body"><p><strong>Q: Where are the student mailboxes located?</strong></p><p> A: Student mailboxes are located in the lower level of Hamilton near the Dining Services (Sodexo) offices.</p></div>
  • <div class="lw_blurbs_body"><p><strong>Q: Whom do I contact if there is a problem with my mailbox or mail delivery?</strong></p><p> A: If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact any of the following people: Ashley Strawn, Manager of Auxiliary Services; Nichole Peak, Office Associate; or Linda Collins, Mail/Printing Specialist.</p></div>

  • <div class="lw_blurbs_body"><p><strong>Q: I live off campus; can I still get a student mailbox?</strong></p><p> A: Student mailboxes are reserved for students living on campus. However, packages can still be sent and picked up at the Mailing & Printing Center.</p></div>
