Alma College Dashboard
The dashboard is a quick reference tool to track progress and trends of key measures in the college to aid in decision making. These include enrollment trends, peer comparison data, and our strategic goals for each indicator.
The Common Data Set
Alma participates in The Common Data Set (CDS) initiative. This collaborative effort, among higher education institutions and media sources (e.g., the College Board, Peterson’s, U.S. News & World Report) is aimed at improving the quality and accuracy of information available to prospective students, their families, and others involved in helping students transition to college. National Survey of Student Engagement
The National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) is an annual survey that seeks to measure student engagement on hundreds of U.S. and Canadian college campuses each year. Student engagement is measured in terms of 1) the amount of time and effort students put into their studies and other educationally purposeful activities, and 2) how the institution invests resources and organizes its curriculum and programs to encourage student participation in activities linked to student learning by decades of research. Select results from NSSE 2020 survey results follow.
