The College offers benefits-eligible employees a competitive package including medical, dental and vision insurance options, life and disability insurance plans, paid time off policies, a defined contribution retirement plan, tuition assistance for employees and dependents, and an employee assistance program. Eligibility for benefits is dependent upon employment status and, in some case, an eligibility waiting period.
