Medical Insurance
The College offers benefits-eligible employees a competitive package including medical coverage. Eligibility for benefits is dependent upon employment status and, in some case, an eligibility waiting period. Information on benefit plans available through the Human Resources department.
Alma College’s medical insurance is offered through United Medical Resources (UMR) with the use of the United Health Care Network. Employees have the option of choosing from a high deductible health plan (HDHP) or a preferred provider organization (PPO) plan.
