My hometown when I was a student was

Since graduating from Alma
I moved around the state for a couple of years looking for the right fit. I have grown quite a bit as a teacher and as a person. I have also gotten engaged and planning a 2/29/20 wedding.
My Alma education
helped me with being prepared for the classroom. I was able to learn about upcoming changes (such as Common Core). I also still to this day leave well written lesson plans (I remember being told, you want someone to just pick up the lesson and know what to do). I would advise a new graduate that the future can change. I graduated with a plan for my career and where I wanted to teach but I was open to change. I now love where I teach.
My favorite place(s) on campus included
I enjoyed spending time with friends, whether in a dorm room, the library, or one of the campus places to be. I loved walking across campus and seeing the changing of the leaves and the bustle of the campus.
My favorite professors(s) included
Dr. Thelen and Dr. Findley. I remember a lot of what they taught and it has really helped.
