Allison Neyer RN, MSN

After working in the healthcare field as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Allison graduated from MidMichigan Community College in 2011 with an Associate’s in Nursing Degree. Shortly after graduation, Allison started her career as a Registered Nurse at MyMichigan Alma on the inpatient rehabilitation floor while pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing. Several years later, she transferred to the Obstetrics unit where she is currently employed in a casual position. In 2015, Allison joined the Alma Nursing program as the Simulation Specialist and Clinical Coordinator. In January of 2021, Allison completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at Spring Arbor University with a focus on education. This is her second year as a Nursing Instructor at Alma College. Outside of the academic arena, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She also enjoys reading, camping, and serving as a volunteer for numerous organizations in the community.
