My hometown when I was a student was
I graduated in
biology with a minor in chemistry
I currently live in
I am now
Since graduating from Alma
I attended Midwestern University in Illinois for a Masters in Biomedical science. Currently, I am going into my last year of schooling to become a Doctor of Dental Medicine. This June, I am also (finally) getting married to my fiancé Garrett who I met while at Alma.
My Alma education
allowed me to be a well-rounded individual prepared to take on the world. It helped me get out of my comfort zone, become comfortable with public speaking, and build lifelong friendships.
My favorite place(s) on campus included
Mitchell Hall 2nd north as it was my first home at Alma College, and of course the Sigma Chi house which will always be my home.
My favorite professors(s) included
Dr. David Clark. He was an inspirational teacher and I had the opportunity to go on the Hawaii Spring Term with him which I still talk about until this day.
My most vivid/best memory of my time at Alma is
my freshman year spring term to Hawaii and probably runouts night while rushing Sigma Chi. Working on the orientation committee and introducing new students to Alma College was also a great memory.
My off-campus study experience(s) included
My Alma experience has really prepared me for graduate school and my current career. I was able to do an externship with two Alma alumni dentists while in undergrad who eventually became my mentors who I still talk to today. The challenging courses I took allowed me to develop great study habits that have carried over to graduate school.
