Since graduating from Alma
I have learned that life is never what you expect and that there is so much beauty to be found in every step whether it is exactly as you planned or not.
My Alma experience truly prepared me to be successful in the professional world by instilling in me the critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, and a positive outlook on life needed for the highest professional success. In time I plan to pursue a Masters of Social Work degree and I know that the liberal arts background I received at Alma has over prepared me to be successful in pursuing this degree.
My Alma education
was the foundation that launched me into being a successful and happy adult and professional. My education helped broaden my outlook on life and gave me the critical thinking skills needed to strategically plan for life and professional growth.
My favorite place(s) on campus included
SAC basement and the chapel lawn.
My favorite professors(s) included
Dr. Cameron, Dr. Sanders, and Professor Rolling.
My most vivid/best memory of my time at Alma is
is being a part of the Colleges Against Cancer committee. Being able to lead a team of students that created the largest campus wide event to raise money for the American Cancer Society was life-changing.
