in the last year has become certified with the Institute of Continuing Legal Education for additional work in Probate and Estate Planning while also successfully publishing two articles (“Tribal Court Comity: Settled Areas of the Law,” The Federal Lawyer; “The Demise of Dower,” Michigan Bar Journal.) He maintains his legal practice and continues to work as a Professor with Central Michigan University. As he remains active in the legal and professional community he extends his service as a reviewer for the Journal of Legal Studies in Business and a Reviewer/Member of the Editorial Board for the Rocky Mountain Law Journal. Tom continues to reside in Mt. Pleasant, MI with his wife Denise. He is active with the Alma Alumni Board, Angel Wings, CMU Medical School Fundraising, CMU President Advisory Council and the Mt. Pleasant Community Church. In their free time Tom and Denise love to spend time with their 4 adult children and grandchild: Sarah (Ben) Jackson - Racine, WI; Devon Anthony - Chicago, IL; Sean Anthony - Water Valley, MS; Arin (Chris) DiBello and their daughter Hayley - Daytona Beach, FL.
