Since graduating from Alma
I have worked in investments and financial services for about 20 years. A recent career change now has me among the leadership team at Lowe’s Home Improvement in the Central Production Office
My Alma education
offered me exposure to a wide range of topics and interests. As a result, I’ve embraced lifelong learning and still have a wide range of interests.
My favorite place(s) on campus included
has to be Eddy and the original Sigma Chi house. Most of my friends are people I met through KMB. Between KMB and my greek life, I have forged lifelong memories and friendships.
My favorite professors(s) included
…I didn’t really have close relationships with my professors. However, I was really looking forward to George Gazmararian’s comments the day after the stock market crash in 1987.
My most vivid/best memory of my time at Alma is
I have a few…the stock market crash of 1987. I was in Astronomy class when the space shuttle Challenger exploded. My most vivid memory was sharing my first kiss with my wife of 28 years in the middle of Superior Street. And the standing ovation we received in KMB after we concluded the 1812 Overture. My first and only standing ovation.
