Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach

Alma College is seeking a highly-motivated individual for the position of Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach. This 12-month, part time, position includes a stipend along with housing, and will begin June 2022.

Responsibilities of the assistant coach include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in practice planning and preparation.
  • Assist in player development, community service initiatives, scouting opponents, film breakdown and exchange.
  • Assist in recruitment of qualified student athletes.
  • Organize team travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining team’s social media presence.
  • Closely monitor student-athlete academic needs.
  • Assist in any other duties as assigned.

Applicant must be self-motivated, organized and have excellent communication skills. College level playing and or coaching experience required. Applicant must be willing to travel and have the ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
