Adjunct - Art History

The Department of Art at Alma College invites applications for an adjunct position in art history beginning August 2021.

Qualifications: A Ph.D., M.F.A. or other terminal degree is preferred; the department will also consider candidates who are ABD or hold an M.A. Gallery or museum experience is considered a plus.

In addition, applicants should enjoy teaching and demonstrate a commitment to undergraduate liberal arts education.

Teaching Responsibilities: The successful applicant will teach classes in person during our 14-week semesters. Teaching responsibilities will include courses in Survey I, Survey II, and Modern Art.
