Assistant Football Coach (2 positions to be filled)

Alma College, located in Alma, MI and a member of the Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Conference (MIAA-D3) is seeking two applicants for a restricted earnings / entry-level assistant football coach, with one position on offense and one position on defense. The offensive position will be a skill-position, candidates having experience working with Wide Receivers are encouraged to apply. The defensive position will be based on the best candidate for the open position.

Essential Functions:

  • On-field coaching
  • Film breakdowns
  • Practice and game planning
  • Running of your own position group meetings
  • Academic monitoring
  • Game day responsibilities
  • Your own recruiting territory
  • Other duties as assigned by the coordinator and the Head Coach.

A housing option is included with these positions with compensation determined
by the Head Football Coach. The start day will be December 1.
