The Department of Business Administration at Alma College invites applications for full or part-time Instructors (non-tenure track) beginning in August of 2020. The successful candidates will be expected to teach courses in at least two of the following areas: Foundations of Business, Principles of Accounting, Management Electives, Basic Marketing, Marketing Electives and Strategic Management (capstone course). Willingness to teach additional courses beyond those listed is highly desirable.
A commitment to undergraduate teaching in a liberal arts setting is required. A Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Business Administration or related fields is preferred, however an A.B.D. or an M.B.A. with teaching experience will be considered. Business experience is highly desired.
