Current progress includes drywall and painting operations on the second floor and beginning drywall finishing activities on the third floor. A special floor underlayment used for fire ratings, sound reduction, radiant heating and floor leveling was poured over acoustic insulation in the ballroom and over the majority of the second and third floors. Next steps include reconstructing the ballroom walls and continuing to frame walls and install drywall on the second and third floors.

The project is considered more than 45 percent complete, with more than 23,000 hours worked and no lost-time incidents.
