Homecoming 2018 Roundup: Royalty, Alumni, Reunions
Homecoming Royalty — Najelle Gilmore, a senior from Grand Blanc, and Christopher Nolan, a senior from West Branch, were crowned Alma College homecoming queen and king prior to the Scots’ homecoming football game on Sept. 29.
Gilmore, an English major with a biology minor, is editor-in-chief of the Almanian student newspaper and a member of the Kappa Iota sorority. After Alma she plans on pursuing a master’s degree in student affairs. She is the daughter of Shay and Gemia Gilmore.
Nolan, an English major with a minor in philosophy, is a student ministry coordinator for the chapel program and a member of the Phi Mu Alpha music fraternity. After Alma he plans to further his education in seminary. He is the son of Robert and Melanie Nolan.
