Homecoming Parade Registration

2019 Homecoming Parade - Saturday, September 21, 2019

 

The Alma College parade is a partnership between the Student Alumni Association and the Alma College Advancement Office. Businesses and organizations interested in participating must complete the form below by September 14, 2019 to reserve a spot in the parade.

All organizations are required to have (at minimum) a banner leading their organization in the parade route. Banners must be at least 72” wide x 24” tall / 6’ x 2’ (a standard twin flat sheet works as well). Banners should clearly denote the name of the organization and be in either the colors of your organization or school colors.  Locally, we recommend Mid Michigan Upholstery & Awning for a professionally printed banner: (989) 463-8618.  Participants without an appropriate banner, float, or vehicle may be turned away.

Parade line up is at 10:15 a.m. in the Frontier parking lot at the corner of Gratiot and Superior St. in downtown Alma. Parade participants are permitted to gently toss candy along the parade route if they so choose.
