Take five-minute recess before or after lunch to practice a yoga meditation right in Hamilton Commons.
Join Stacey Graham from Wilcox Health Center in a 5-minute yoga practice. You will have an opportunity to engage in 6 yoga meditation practices each hour. Feel free to check it out for 5 minutes or the whole 2 hours.
