Time Entry Due to Supervisors

Hourly employees time entry submissions are due to supervisors. 

- Go to inside.alma.edu - My Self Service Account

- Click on Employee

- Select Time Entry to enter your timecard

Make sure to submit on or before the Monday after the pay period ends! You will be locked out of submitting a timesheet for the previous period at 11:59 pm on the Monday following that pay period. Refer to the Pay Period Calendar located in the Payroll folder of Almapedia at inside.alma.edu to view the pay calendar.
