Join us for a panel discussion of farmworker health care in Michigan, with particular attention to the impact of COVID-19 in our local area and the importance of vaccination. Presentations will be in English, with availability for bilingual Spanish/English Q/A.

Featured speakers Jesse Costilla, Migrant program manager at Great Lakes Bay Health Centers; Amanda Byler, NP Migrant Medical Director; and Kara Trimbach, Health Educator at Mid-Michigan District Health Department will discuss health care conditions, needs, and barriers for Michigan Farmworkers during the COVID-19 pandemic, including the importance of vaccinations and how to find access.
Hosted by the MMMRC (Mid Michigan Migrant Resource Council) and the World Languages and Cultures Department of Alma College.
