Energizing Flow Yoga

Welcome! Energizing Flow Yoga is meant to invigorate the body, mind, and senses with physically challenging, yet attainable sequences. Learn how to focus your body’s energies to build strength, balance, and endurance, end with an extended Savasana. Perfect for beginners and advanced yogis looking to return to the roots of yoga! Energizing Yoga is led by Shana Dancer! This class will be offered both in-person, with a class capacity of 9 individuals.

There will be Yoga mats available to use, but you may also bring your own Yoga mat. Please wear a mask at all times during the class.
