Gentle yoga combines breath with movement as a way to build mindfulness, a connection to the here and now. It starts with a centering activity and moves into a time of learning breath technique to help provide focus. Then the session moves into movement by transitioning from pose to pose. This practice will help build flexibility in the body and mind. Our yoga class is led by Erin McCreedy.
There will be a class capacity of 9 individuals, with a virtual class option available as well. Please remember to wear a mask at all times during this class! Please bring your own Yoga mat for this class!
