Monday Zumba

Location: Recreation Center, Multipurpose Room

Our Zumba classes are led by Tincy Goggin! Zumba is an aerobic fitness program that involves dancing to music with varying tempos. Zumba is seen to improve cardiovascular health and is a fun way to incorporate aerobic fitness into your weekly schedule! Zumba Toning will also be incorporated each week with the use of Zumba Weights! Zumba classes will be offered every week and can be joined in-person, with a class capacity of 9 individuals, or virtually!

Masks are required to be worn for the entirety of the class. Zumba weights, when used in class, will be provided.
