What could be a better way to end your day/week than a relaxing slow flow yoga class? Here, we will begin with a brief meditation, transition into a variety of poses or asanas, combine those with a few static poses, and end with an extended Savasana. Perfect for beginners and advanced yogis looking to return to the roots of yoga. Slow Flow Yoga is led by Shana Dancer! This class will be offered in-person, with a class capacity of 9 individuals, and virtually every week.
This class will be offered each week at 7:00 pm on Sunday evenings. Masks are required to be worn for the entirety of the class. There will be yoga mats available to use, or you may bring your own yoga mat to class.
