Energizing Flow Yoga

Welcome! Energizing Flow Yoga is meant to invigorate the body, mind, and senses with physically challenging, yet attainable sequences. Learn how to focus your body’s energies to build strength, balance, and endurance, end with an extended Savasana. Perfect for beginners and advanced yogis looking to return to the roots of yoga! Energizing Yoga is led by Shana Dancer! This class will be offered both in-person, with a class capacity of 9 individuals, and virtually every week at 5:15 pm on Thursday evenings. 

 This Yoga Class will be led by Shana Dancer! This class will be offered each week at 5:15 pm on Thursday evenings. There will be Yoga mats available to use, but you may also bring your own Yoga mat. Also, masks should be worn at all times.
