What could be a better way to end your day/week than a relaxing slow flow yoga class? Join us Sundays at 7:00 pm for slow flow yoga led by Shana Dancer!
Here, we will begin with a brief meditation, transition into a variety of poses or asanas, combine those with a few static poses, and end with an extended Savasana. Perfect for beginners and advanced yogis looking to return to the roots of yoga. Slow Flow Yoga is led by Shana Dancer every Sunday at 7:00 pm.
