Gentle Yoga will be led by Erin McCreedy! Yoga fitness classes will include breathing control, simple meditation, and body postures that are practiced for health and relaxation. This class will be offered virtually every week at 5:15 pm on Friday evenings via Zoom.
Gentle yoga combines breath with movement as a way to build mindfulness, a connection to the here and now. It starts with a centering activity and moves into a time of learning breath technique to help provide focus. Then the session moves into movement by transitioning from pose to pose. This practice will help build flexibility in the body and mind. Please bring your own mats! Our yoga class is led by Erin McCreedy.
