Virtual Gentle Yoga

5:15pm - 6:15pm EST February 23

This Yoga class is led by Erin McCreedy! Yoga classes will focus on breathing control, simple meditation, and specific body postures that are widely practiced for health and relaxation. This class is offered both in-person and online every Tuesday at 5:15 pm. 

Gentle yoga combines breath with movement as a way to build mindfulness, a connection to the here and now. It starts with a centering activity and moves into a time of learning breath technique to help provide focus. Then the session moves into movement by transitioning from pose to pose. This practice will help build flexibility in the body and mind. Please bring your own mats! Our yoga class is led by Erin McCreedy.
