The Safe Zone facilitator training is open to any interested faculty or staff member who has already gone through Safe Zone 101 training. If you have not gone through Safe Zone 101, but would like to become a facilitator, we ask that you sign up for a training by emailing During Part I, we will overview the Safe Zone 101 program learning outcomes and activities. During Part II, we will practice core facilitation skills and strategies necessary for leading effective workshops. We will also discuss how our identities, backgrounds, and perspectives shape our relationship with and approach to the workshop and our audience. You must complete both sessions to become a facilitator.
