Sunrise Yoga

Come join us for some sunrise yoga with our Fitness Instructor Erin! Make sure to bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and blanket. 

Gentle yoga combines breath with movement as a way to build mindfulness, a connection to the here and now. It starts with a centering activity and moves into a time of learning breath technique to help provide focus. Then the session moves into movement by transitioning from pose to pose. This practice will help build flexibility in the body and mind. Please bring your own mats! Our yoga class is led by Erin McCreedy.
