Brickk and the SRC are teaming up to offer a boxing 101 class mixed with interval training exercises on Wednesdays from 5:15 to 6:15. The class is free to all students, faculty/staff and community members. Learn the fundamentals of boxing, all 6 punches/combinations with a mix of small interval exercises, such as jump roping, mixed in. All equipment will be provided by Brickk.
