‘Ditch the Workout – Join the Party!” Zumba fitness is an effective interval-style, full-body workout with built-in variety because every class is slightly different.
Exercisers are met with a fun fusion of dance moves from styles like Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton and Hip-Hop. So exercisers are busy burning calories and getting fit while enjoying the fun of international dancing.
