Financial Resources

As we strive to make an Alma College education accessible, qualified students can expect generous merit scholarships.

Various interest-specific awards and need-based aid is also available to students, depending on their financial situation. See our list of merit-based awards as well as other scholarships.

Student Employment

Students also can benefit both financially and personally from employment during their college career. While a wide variety of campus offices hire student workers, off-campus jobs in the local community also often are available.

Need-based Aid

In addition, you and your students may want to explore federal student loan options. All need-based aid (college, state and federal) is granted based on the family’s financial situation as depicted through the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).
