    Sign-up times now open for the Sun Light at the Wilcox Health Center! Sun lamps and light therapy are typically used during the darker months of the year for those impacted by Seasonal Affective Disorder. You can sign up by using the link and password below:

    Let’s Talk is a 15 minute meeting with a Mental Health Counselor. These meetings are a chance to talk with counselors without committing to traditional therapy. Let’s Talk is open to all Alma College students and is free and confidential.
